Purchase, Payment and Access

All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card data. By making a purchase you authorize your payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. Prices may include applicable taxes or fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 72-hour (3-day) refund window for purchases made on this Site. This policy applies to digital products, courses and downloadable materials unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Eligibility:

• The refund request must be made within 72 hours of the original purchase.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, payer email, transaction ID).
• Refunds are not normally granted if you have used premium one-on-one services or if the product has been materially used (e.g., full course consumed, downloads permanently accessed).
• Exceptions may apply in cases of technical failure where the product could not be accessed.

How to Request a Refund:

Email user- support@3amquantum.com with subject line: Refund request – [Order Number]. Include order number, name on order, email used for purchase, date/time of purchase and a brief reason. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and review the request.

Processing Refunds:

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider and may take up to 24-48 business hours.
• Non-refundable transaction fees may be deducted where those fees cannot be recovered from payment processors.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom or exclusive done-for-you services once work has started.
• Non-refundable payment processor fees.
• Items specifically marked “no refund” (e.g., discounted/flash-sale offers and digital downloads once delivered).

Earnings Disclaimer

Our materials, training and resources are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, income or business success. Examples, testimonials or case studies shown are not typical and should not be relied upon as promises of results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skills, background and market conditions.

Testimonials Disclaimer

Online Commerce & Subscriptions

Lifetime Access Definition

When we say “lifetime access,” we mean lifetime access to the digital program content you purchase through Skillamber. Once you buy, you will always have access to that program without any further payments.

• “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product/course as offered by Skillamber not your individual lifetime.
• Access may be delivered through different platforms or formats if we ever change our systems but you will not lose your rights.
• Access includes free updates to the purchased program or product but does not include entirely new programs, products or separate offers released in the future, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Community Guidelines

We may provide private groups, chats, or forums for members. Respectful conduct is required at all times. We may remove or block anyone who:

• Abuses, spams or harasses other members
• Shares misleading or fraudulent earnings claims
• Violates our policies or community standards


Removal is at our discretion and may occur without refund.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software) are owned by or licensed to Skillamber and protected under copyright and IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or resell our content without written consent.
